Faith Formation
Welcome back to another Christ filled year here at St. Martin de Porres.
Many of you may have noticed a change in the name of our
department from Religious Education to FAITH FORMATION.
FAITH FORMATION is an unending process for each of us in our walk
with the Lord. It's starts at Baptism when our Godparents
pledge a Catholic upbringing continues on until
we meet our heavenly reward.
Registration for all Faith Formation classes, elementary through Lifeteen are located under the "Documents" tab to the left.
Please Use Only These Documents! You may print them and return to the Faith Formation Office.
All registrations accepted after September 7, will be considered Late Registrations. You will be contacted to verify if there is space in the class you have chosen.
